Rolex is a famous Swiss watch manufacturer formerly known as Wilsdorf and Davis (W&D), a partnership between German Hans Wilsdof and Englishman Alfred Davis in London in 1905, and renamed ROLEX in 1908 by Hans Wilsdof in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. The brand, registered in 1908 by Hans Wilsdof in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, was renamed ROLEX. Rolex is very popular with successful people because of its dignified, practical and understated style, its models are highly accurate and extremely durable, and Rolex enthusiasts in watch circles often use a phrase to describe Rolex: “a ‘ROLEX’ forever”.
